The Western Regional Conclave is quickly approaching and fun is soon to be had by all. Registration is now available by clicking the registration tab at the bottom of the page. Please be sure to fill out all the categories and then be sure to pay by clicking on the WePay button on the Registration page. If you would like to pay upon arriving in San Luis Obispo, please fill out the first page of the registration form and then cancel out of the payment page.

In regards to hotels, you are responsible for booking your own rooms. We have done our best to block off rooms at the listed hotels and have done our best to reduce the prices. Unfortunately, San Luis Obispo is a popular destination year round so hotel prices are slightly higher than other California cities. The list below states the rooms that we have blocked off and the prices associated with those rooms. We would recommend booking rooms as soon as possible as I suspect the cheaper rooms will be booked fairly quickly by other brothers. Just a few recommendations when dealing with the hotels:

1) check the location of the hotels (all the hotels are on Monterey St. and are located less than a mile from 98% of the events).
2) if they are not listed on the list check the pricing on travel sites, you can usually get some pretty good discounts.
3) we would highly discourage saying that you are part of a fraternity as many hotels have negative feelings towards large groups of fraternity members staying in their hotels. I would recommend saying you are attending a “Conference for Jewish Student Leadership” for the hotels listed below you simply have to say “Conclave 2012 ” to get the group rate.
4) Finally, be aware that many of the hotels will charge a $10 fee for every additional person you put in the room. Unless you find a room with more than two beds they will charge you the normal rate for two people and then every additional person is an additional $10. (just keep this in mind when figuring out how many people you are allocating to each room).
